Sunday Worship

Our Philosophy

We at MBC gather together each Sunday to worship God corporately. Our Sunday services consist of the singing of hymns, psalms, and spiritual songs (Col 3:16), prayer (1 Thess 5:17; 1 Tim 2:1), and the reading and preaching of God’s Word (1 Tim 4:13; 2 Tim 4:2). Both before and after our service, we fellowship with each other in the joy of Christian love and mutual encouragement (John 13:34; Heb 10:24–25).

We believe that God’s church primarily feeds on and grows by His Word (Matt 4:4; John 17:17; Heb 5:12–14). Therefore, we are committed to regular expository preaching, that is, sermons that strive to communicate the clear meaning of the given passage of the Bible and to be faithful to hear what God has intended for us to know. Moreover, we aim to proclaim Christ and what He has done for sinners in each Sunday service so that those who do not know Him might have regular opportunities to hear of the good news of salvation in His name (Rom 10:14; 1 Cor 1:23).

What You Can Expect

Our Sunday services begin at 10:30 AM and end at approximately 11:45 AM. There is no formal dress code, but we seek to come with hearts that are prepared to honor Him because He looks not at the outward appearance but at the heart (1 Sam 16:7). Come and join us for worship! We are eager to welcome you into our MBC family!
